What to do right now
- Take a picture of the broken gold standard e-bike lock.
- Call the police on 101 (the non-emergency number). Answer their questions and share the information of the stolen e-bike, including your e-bike serial number.
- Share any pictures or other details if required.
- Note down the complaint number given by the police helpline.
- Contact us on our helpline 07435 718906 and share the police complaint number and the other details we ask for.
