Absolutely! We host test rides at our facility in Reading (Berkshire). Just send us your details and we'll book you into our calendar.
Commuters (under 700 miles a month): photo ID (driving licence, passport, BRP etc.) and proof of current address (utility bill, rental agreement etc.).
Delivery riders: photo ID and proof of address (last 3 months' bank statement, utility bill, rental agreement etc.).

Both models are 100% UK road legal, with the same BAFANG motor, hydraulic brakes, servicing and support. We allocate a Step-through or a Crossbar based on availability at the time your bike is prepared, so we can't guarantee a specific model.
It depends on your plan: delivery Starter has a 2-month minimum, Flexi can be cancelled anytime after 1 month, commuter Basic is 3 months and Eco is 5 months. After the minimum, a 15-day notice period applies. Cancel from your account or email support@plutoebike.com and we'll arrange collection.
Delivery riders: Starter £35/week for the first 2 months, then £29/week; Flexi £49/week. Commuters: Eco £75/month, dropping to £59/month from month 6; Basic £85/month. A one-time £24.90 joining fee applies. Servicing, lock and theft cover are included in every plan.
